Aprilia Racing’s Aleix Espargaro was the fastest of today’s front row qualifiers in fourth, ahead of LCR Castrol Honda’s Alex Marquez and fellow Aprilia man Maverick Viñales. Team Suzuki Ecstar’s Joan Mir was seventh, half a second slower than Quartararo. Completing the top ten were Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), Andrea Dovizioso (WithU RNF Yamaha) and poleman Johann Zarco (Pramac Racing).
