LCR Castrol Honda’s Cal Crutchlow has been declared unfit for the remainder of the Lenovo San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix following another medical check on Saturday morning. The British rider went under the knife earlier in the week for arm pump surgery, however, complications following the surgery have resulted in him having to withdraw from the weekend’s action.
