The big stories, though, were crashes for Ducati Lenovo Team’s Francesco Bagnaia and Gresini Racing’s Enea Bastianini as they both were caught out by damp patches. Bagnaia, who’s currently undergoing checks at the medical centre, could line-up in last place for Sunday’s Portuguese Grand Prix. Suzuki’s Alex Rins and Pramac Racing’s Jorge Martin also missed out on a Q2 places.
